What is Account Code

Account Codes is like a phone extension. You can have multiple account codes, you will be charged separately for each account. So you have the option that which account should charged when you are making a fax or sms.

How to create new account codes

1. Click on Voip Account => settings
2. List of your account codes will be shown
3. To add a new account code click on “create a new account”.
4. Here select type of account: can choose any
5. Enter the number(s) to forward to separated by &(Example: 9000&8000) : leave it blank
6. Language:
7. Name of account Code: Any Numeric or character value

Trunk and Route configuration

1. Get trunk configuration from your sip provider

2. Edit /etc/asterisk/sip_custom.conf enter trunk configurations and save

3. Reload asterisk
   
asterisk -rx 'core restart now'


4. Login at ICTFAX GUI as admin

5. Goto "AstBill Admin" -> "Provider Trunks" -> "Create new Provider Trunk"

6. Enter "Trunk Name" and "User Name" and also setup prefix settings as per your requirement and save it
   Note: "User name" must match with [trunk-name] as given in your sip_custom.conf.

7. Goto "AstBill Admin" -> "Provider Routes" -> "Export" then click on "Export" and save it

8. Edit saved RouteList.csv and replace "DEF" with recently created trunk name

9. Goto "AstBill Admin" -> "Provider Routes" -> "Import"

10. Select RouteList.cvs and click on "Send File"

Configure DID to Receive Fax

Login as admin

1. Click on "Astbill Admin" => Settings
2. Click on "Generate DIDs"
3. Generate DIDs with assigning to user code
4. Click on "Astbill admin" => "Incoming Numbers"
5. Assign / deassign to account codes
6. Click on "Voip Account" at user section
7. Click on "Incoming numbers"
8. Click on left button "change" to configure email address where to receive fax

Configure Payment Gateway

Currently ICTFAX support PayPal payment gateway. to configure paypal gateway visit
