ICTInnovations released the ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0. ICTFax is an Email to Fax, Fax to Email and Web to Fax software application also it supports Extensions / ATA, REST API’s and T.38, G.711 pass through and PSTN faxing.
Following are the new features introduced in ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0
1. PHP and MariaDB Updated with 8.3 and 10.11.9:
ICTFax Community edition Version 6.0 now featuring enhanced performance with PHP 8.3 and MariaDB 10.11.9, delivering faster processing and improved reliability. Experience cutting-edge efficiency and stability in your fax communications with PHP and MariaDB latest updates.
2. Forgot Password support:
ICTFax Community edition Version 6.0 now featuringforgot password support. Admin & users can reset their passwords if forgotten or change them for security reasons.
3. Email Chaining:
ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0 now includes Email chaining support. Admins can configure a DID for fax to email and add multiple recipient emails. Incoming faxes will then be forwarded to all specified emails.
4. CallerID Management:
ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0 introduces a CallerID management feature, allowing administrators to create and assign multiple caller IDs to specific users. Users can utilize these assigned caller IDs to send faxes. CID is same as DID but it will only user for outbound faxes.
5. Contact DNC:
ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0 introduces a Contact DNC feature, allowing admins to add contacts to a global DNC list, preventing faxes from being sent to those contacts for DNC reasons.
6. Fax Activity Report:
ICTFax Community Edition Version 6.0 introduces a Fax report feature. Admin and user can see & monitor their outbound and inbound faxes activity and logs. The fax logs report provide details such as fax type, date, sender and receiver information, along with the final transmission status.
